Cask & Larder is excited to announce a familiar face is now running our Brewery! Larry Foor, former bar manager at Cask & Larder and Ravenous Pig will lead all brewing efforts effective immediately.

Larry will continue to produce many of The Brewery’s popular beers, introduce new limited edition beers and collaborate with Cask & Larder’s chefs to further incorporate fresh, local ingredients into their microbrews.

Larry holds notable industry distinctions, having recently earned a degree in brewing technology from the prestigious Siebel Institute in Chicago.

Cask & Larder’s Brewery will also debut Central Florida’s first to-go crowlers (canned versions of beer growlers) on Thursday, Nov. 13. 2014.  Patrons will be able to purchase 32-ounce cans of Cask & Larder beers for $8 next door at Swine & Sons.  As of July 1st, 2015 patrons can also get 64 oz. growlers filled here at Cask & Larder as well as next door at Swine & Sons.
