We are excited to announce a familiar face is now running our Brewery – located in newly remodeled The Ravenous Pig! Larry Foor,former bar manager and Julie’s brother, will lead all brewing efforts for The Swine Family.

Larry will continue to produce many of The Brewery’s popular beers, introduce new limited edition beers and collaborate with The Ravenous Pig’s chefs to further incorporate fresh, local ingredients into their microbrews.

Larry holds notable industry distinctions, having recently earned a degree in brewing technology from the prestigious Siebel Institute in Chicago.

Cask & Larder’s Brewery also debuted Central Florida’s first to-go crowlers (canned versions of beer growlers). Patrons are also able to purchase 32-ounce cans of Cask & Larder beers for $8 next door at Swine & Sons.  The Ravenous Pig also carries 64 oz. C&L trademark growlers!
